We’ll send you a tailored proposal and service agreement to review and sign.
3. Secure Your Slot

Pay your deposit to confirm your production booking.
4. Send Samples

Ship your products to us at least 2 weeks before the shoot window.
5. Pre-Production

We’ll handle all creative planning:
Moodboard approval
Model & crew selection
Location secured
Shoot date finalised
6. Shoot Day

Our team brings the brief to life, capturing all agreed deliverables.
7. Image Review

Receive a gallery of raw images and make your selections within 48 hours.
8. Editing & Approval

We’ll share a sample edit for sign-off before final edits. (Film shoots follow lab tones directly.)
9. Final Invoice

Issued once editing is complete.
10. Returns

We’ll return samples using your provided shipping labels or direct collection.
11. Asset Delivery

Final campaign assets are delivered via a secure Pixieset link.
