SEASKY PRODUCTIONS — TEAM ASSISTANT / JUNIOR PRODUCER

Location: Lisbon (in office) / or Remote - with projects spanning the UK, USA, and Europe
Contract:
 Full-time
Salary: Intro level

Seasky is a production house and creative studio delivering campaigns for fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands. We’re hiring our first in-house team member — someone organised, upbeat and commercially minded who loves making creative projects run smoothly.

About You

You’ll have a basic understanding of production, shoots, and social media, but your strengths lie in organisation, communication, and execution. You’re proactive and commercially minded — comfortable managing tasks, keeping projects moving, and supporting client outreach. You’re reliable, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where structure and follow-through are key to bringing creative projects to life.

Sales & Growth

  • Support outreach to prospective and returning clients with weekly targets for send-outs and follow-ups.

  • Nurture warm leads and manage client comms, maintaining an active CRM/lead tracker.

  • Research and surface 5–10 new brand/campaign opportunities per week for targeted pitching.

  • Create/refine pitch decks; log each deck and track response and conversion rates.

  • Set up and track lemlist campaigns; monitor opens, CTR and replies.

  • Post/manage Seasky social channels; track monthly engagement, reach and growth.

  • Generate ideas and suggest talent; record proposals for future matches and decks.

  • Build and maintain a master creative tracker across the UK/USA/Europe — sourcing photographers, directors/DOPs, videographers, editors, graders, set designers, stylists, HMUA, etc. Include rates/day, locations, agent contacts, and portfolio/Instagram links.  Source 5–10 new verified creatives per week and add to the tracker with notes on style/fit and recent work.

Production & Project Management

  • Assist in planning, developing and executing photo shoots

  • Create and share PPM (pre-production meeting) decks

  • Coordinate model call-ins and casting

  • Research and liaise with creative talent and agents (photographers, directors/DOPs, videographers, stylists, HMUAs, editors, graders)

  • Liaise with clients and suppliers

  • Draft service agreements and assist with proposals

  • Track project progress, manage timelines and maintain team diaries/schedules

  • Book travel and accommodation for crew and productions

  • Create ad-ready variants from existing content (stills & short clips): add on-brand copy/overlays, resize/reformat to platform specs (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9), and deliver correctly named files to brief for Seasky brands and partner agencies

  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar, coordinating posts with campaign dates, releases and deliverables

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent under pressure; delivers work to a consistently high standard

  • Strong creative problem-solving skills

  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • A collaborative, flexible working style — comfortable working closely with design, creative and production teams
