Our location availability is limited, and production slots are offered strictly on a first come, first served basis — so we recommend confirming early to secure your place.
SHOOT PLANNING + DELIVERY PROCESS
1. Initial Enquiry - Book a discovery call or send us your shoot brief and budget.
2. Sign Production Proposal + Service Agreement - You’ll receive a link via email to review and sign the contract, proposal, and terms & conditions — all in one place.
3. Pay the shoot deposit to secure your slot - Once signed, a deposit invoice will be sent via QuickBooks. This is payable immediately to confirm your production booking.
4. Send Samples
Ship your products to us ahead of the confirmed shoot window. We recommend sending these at least 2 weeks in advance.
7. Image Selection -After the shoot, you’ll receive a gallery of raw images to review. Please make your final selections within 48 hours of receiving the link to keep editing timelines on track. (This step is not applicable if shooting on film)
10. Sample Returns
Please provide return shipping labels or arrange for sample collection directly.
5. Pre-Production Planning - Once confirmed, we’ll handle all creative logistics:

8. Edit & Approval - We’ll send a sample edited image to confirm the editing style. One round of feedback is included before final editing begins. (This step is not applicable if shooting on film, as final tones are determined during the lab scan process.)
9. Final Invoice - Once editing is complete, we’ll issue your final invoice.
11. Asset Delivery
Once payment is received, you’ll receive your final assets via a secure Pixieset download link.
6. Shoot Day
We bring the brief to life and capture everything agreed in your deliverables.
